Just make sure you break it in before you start romping on it. It takes the full 500 miles before its truly ready.

Lol. I doubt anyone has the patience for 2k miles of grandma driving.

I wait 500 city miles and I think that's good. Maybe wait an additional 500 miles before you race it or speed shift.

Just as an FYI to TTR, the alignment tool that comes with the F23 clutch kits is not the right size. Not a major problem but the smooth end is too small for the recess in the end of the crank so the clutch will not line up properly using the tool. I just wrapped the end of mine in electrical tape til it was the right size.

They have 100's there, they must have placed the wrong one in the box. If it happens again to anyone let us know, they will issue a correct one.

So through a little investigating in this thread, the stage 3 KY clutch is the best option for holding torque and city driving? I need to make sure of what I'd like to get for my SS/TC. I also don't rev- match when coming to a light. will that affect anything with the clutch upgrade?

First off to save a clutch you should never rev match and let the car Decel to a stop. Reasoning why is its hard on the clutch..... Second is if your going fast it is fine to do since its a true higher mph Decel, but don't let the car stop you unless you have to .... use. The brakes.

Not a major problem just wanted to let someone know. Looking at the pics of the clutches on your website, I got the same tool as in the pics. Otherwise, best deal for a clutch kit out there and can't wait to drive with mine.

So here is where I am. I have a 2004 Saturn Redline lsj that I just bought from a guy. The stock clutch is roasted as he definitely didn't know how to be nice to a clutch. Lol this car is conpletely stock but I have plans on doing a few things. Which include pulley, injectors, intake, exhaust, and a good tune. This is my daily driver too. What clutch should I get? Which flywheel (car has 100k) I don't know if the flywheel and or clutch have ever been replaced but I doubt it. What do you guys think?

Installed my Stage 3 on thursday....got about 50 miles on her so far. cant really drive alot cuz i decided to sell my wheels like a tool...and thought that LSJ rims would fit mine. They dont. but anyway...first impression of this clutch is very nice!!! pedal feels stock. cant wait to get her broke in.

Thanks KY and TTR!!!
