Ottp STS

Hey guys,

I'm looking at buying the ottp sts and I wanted to get some of your opinions on it. Also is the cable clamp and bushings worth buying along with it or should I just use the stock pieces?

Thanks for looking!

Best shifter in my opinion. The only one i havent tried yet is bps. The ottp sts is a very high quality part. Id reccomend the delrin/stainless ball. You dont need the cable clamp. Its more for piece of mind about not having your oem clamp pop off (mine never has). The bushings are just to stiffen up the shifter so that there is less mush and play in it. Not required but a good option.

I went with the BPS. With how bad our dollar is it should be pretty cheap. (Sold and shipped from Canada) I love mine and haven't had an issue.

i had the OTTP STS in my car and i absolutely loved it. you can get the bushings but one thins i would get is the cable clamp. i broke mine the 2nd year i owned the car and i got the cable clamp and never had any issues. i did a lot of racing and drove my car hard and that clamp never failed me once.

OTTP goes on sale now and again.

I didn't get clamp but did get bushings.

If adjusted correctly it is very nice daily driving.

Do these come with a lock nut or am I just missing something? When I tighten the knob all the way, it is turned completely upsidedown.

I went with BPS stage 2 shifter and cable clamp. then i used genuinesaab.com base bushings and it was absolute night and day over stock which was like a sloppy high school junior who hung out with the seniors since her freshman year.
