Yep, positioned the boot a little higher so you couldn't see it.

Get directions from TWM's website it helped me. Shifter comes with an aluminium pin + a c-clip to replace the plastic pin you knockout with a screwdriver. I just removed the 2 top plastic pieces removed the shifter so I could work on it inside.(It was like 95* that day) Just be careful with the clips for the shifter cables. Remove 4 bolts then use a screwdriver to gently pry in the slot on the clip so it can raise slightly to release the cable. The rest is easy with TWM's directions. You will need some white grease and a ziptie. Use the ziptie to hold your shift boot up. You can ziptie the boot to the RLO so it doesn't flop around.
I would Email before the shifter gets shipped if you do not like the purpe RLO.

haha awesome. I'm a senior in high school but i'm in AP studio art and plan on minoring in some form of art in college w/ a mechanical engineering major. i always wanted to take a photography class. i would rep you again but i just did in a different thread haha.
