Also swapping the 4.17 final for a 4.41
Lawd those gears would be ridiculous if you werent revving to 10

Final Drive 1 2 3 4 5 R
4.17 3.58 2.02 1.35 0.98 0.69 3.31

2005–2008 Chevrolet HHR
2009-2010 Chevrolet HHR is 3.95:1 FDR

Final Drive 1 2 3 4 5 R
4.41 3.58 2.02 1.35 0.98 0.81 3.31

2002–2007 Saturn Vue

-----

So basically... taking the 4.41 final out of the vue transaxle, and swapping into the f23 trans from the 05-08 HHR.

F23 trans
f23 driveline + shifter
f23 front mount
shave some material off where the f23 comes into contact w/ the lsj thermostat housing

go into hptuners, and change the trans setting to adjust for the new gearing.

That's about it

No exact measurements on my part

But the intake side is opened some, and the exhaust side quite a bit
It's opened up past the EGR holes on each exhaust port IIRC... would need to pull pix

hm. Fortunately I can clear up the confusion being I know who they are, they are the Know all, never done's. And yes that is what they all say, but I'm not they and they aren't I, so when I say this it's different than when they say that.
😎How'd I do👌🏼👍🏼

to correct myself, not the next but the first dyno visit with my car, 20 months & nearly as many thousands as months later 😇🤐😘

I like your style!
I just dropped my new motor, transmission & clutch masters twin disk & Billet flywheel in last night. After work all that's left to do is bolt on blower, Intake & fill up the Coolant & hopefully past this winters investments fire right up without issue 🏎🤞🏼😊

Currently on a 2.7 pulley & 150 wet shot but that pulley size could be dropping fast, depending on the whp w/o the bottle,...just to try and join the 400 Nitrous free club 😉

ha, I was just breaking *****. A number on a sheet of paper and "bragging rights" towards people I don't know isn't worth a new motor to me.

I litterally have installed every flow mod built for these cars & some that aren't even sold for these cars I designed & fabricated myself. Only area it'd be possible for me to gain any type of flow is the ottp 2" primary - 3.5" collector header & down pipe. Other than that literally maxed out everywhere
