I guess this is as far as I go without cracking the factory seal on the engine.
AEM Dryflow cold air intake
'08 2.2L/2.4L intake manifold
2.4L throttle body
Header back GM factory LSJ exhaust
Trifecta tune

I have 2 dyno results I'd like to add - from the same car, same setup, just a Mustang dyno vs. a DynoJet. Tune was the same as well (although the LT + STFTs changed a little in the in between)...
Mods: 3" Turbo-back (no cat, but resonator, muffler), Hahn CAI, Injen upper IC pipe, Crazysteve FMIC, 3 bar sensors, 93oct pump fuel, tuned with HPT
Let me know if anything else is missing . The owner may chime in at some time as well.

ok i have some questions are these numbers in 3rd gear or 4th? Seems 4th has higher tq but third has more hp... and some of these numbers are in std while others are in sae. just wondering since i have a dyno sheet to throw up just wanna know how the format should be.

regardless here is the dyno in SAE mode third gear, fourth gear wouldn't hold on the dyno or the street.
mods are as follows; hahn intake, hahn hard piping, hahn intercooler, hahn dp with cat, GMS1 and STOCK EXHAUST! Retuned by me. The owner is an older gentleman and wanted his graph posted up.
327whp and 384wtq
Dyno was done at FJ Performance.

well if your trying to make a dyno hp list those slight variances are huge. that 327 jumps to over 330whp and makes a decent jump on the list. all being fair and a true judgement of power they all should be corrected to the same rating. and uncorrected numbers shouldn't be used because lower altitudes will read higher than those in higher elevations.

GM Stage 3 Cobalt Dyno Results
Micro 259.8 WHP, 238 WTQ, Verified DynoDynamics, F, GMH, DP, DU, 42#, 3.0, GM3, HE, M62, AM
I also changed the muffler (to a Flowmaster Super 44), but the cat-back piping is still stock. There is no category above for changing just the muffler (unless you remove the muffler entirely).
Here are the dyno graphs from 3 pulls:
Here is the video of the 3 pulls:
