Well when I looked at the link that was posted for the autoloc module. I leaning towards trying that out due to the extra features it has besides the auto down feature.

I will I'm trying to find a replacement key fob to see if the push button feature works well.

Apparently, there is a feature where you can hold down the unlock button on your key fob and it will roll the windows down.

how about an automatic trunk opener/closer? I have a lot of sound deadening on my trunk lid so when I do pop the trunk its kind of a pain in the ass wedge my fingers between the lid and the bumper to lift it up.

My mom's SUV uses a large strut to open and close the trunk lid, which is far heavier than ours. We already have 2 struts that hold the trunk up so I don't see why you couldn't replace one or both with automatic ones if you found the right size. Closing the trunk isn't a real issue but opening it automatically would be pretty nifty. I looked at some youtube videos and saw people using die springs on the strut to give it an extra push so the trunk will open by its self.

I have the key fob. Got it in this past Monday. Haven't had time to wire it up yet been busy. I did install the short throw shifter before I got tied up with other projects. I should be able to wire up the module either Tuesday or Wednesday. When I do i'll update in here

Where does the module plug in? Looks like an alarm system. I have the omegalink remote start and i think two alarms would not work together for me lol
