Oil restrictor

ive heard some talk about oil restrictors....i believe they're used on engines with alot of oil pressure...i was just wondering if our cars need a restrictor or not?

there is big debates on when and when not to use oil restrictors, however most of the time its just guys speculating.

what i have learned is if its a journal bearing turbo you do not want a restrictor, if its a ball bearing try without and if the motor smokes use a restrictor.

ok..ive had a couple people tell e since its journal i wouldnt need a restrictor..thanks
