Android App with OBDII

Recently got a Bluetooth OBDII scanner (link below for reference) and it requires an app. Plenty of free stuff to read/clear codes, but I was wondering if there is any app (free or paid) that would let me sync a fob as well?

I have an aftermarket remote that needs to be linked. Any ideas?

My car: 2006 Cobalt SS (2.4L)
The scanner: BAFX OBDII (BAFX Products® - Bluetooth OBD2 Reader for Android)

It's not free, but just pay the $5 for Torque. It's well worth it.

I might, it's the recommended app in the quick guide, but I'm not sure if it can handle the fob like I need, and for that matter, not sure if something better was on the market since those instructional pamphlets were printed.

I'll second torque pro. Just grabbed an OBDII dongle and torque pro for my Redline and it's well worth it.

Can you tell if the Pro version will work with remote/fob programming?

X3 on Torque Pro it's awesome for OBDII stuff.

For syncing keyfobs you need something that will communicate over the GMLAN single wire, your dongle probably doesn't talk on that line.

I'll take a look, but I've never seen anything like that in my Torque Pro.

Torque will not do fobs. The adapter used to communicate with the OBDII port doesn't talk on the correct wire. Torque also doesn't have an option to add fobs.
