You probably wont find the service manual in PDF form since the 2 volume manual is like 6000 pages long.
The only electronic version is the GM DVD from helminc.com but that's $400 that includes the cobalt

I found this link, which says it has the service manual, weights 600 ~ mb and costs $us 12.... I didn't download yet... Have anyone knew this?
