Parts Build
Hey ladies and gents. Just got myself a 2005 Cobalt SS and this is my first car that is supercharged, so as such I do not know much about them at all. But I do have goals.
Everything is stock besides the supercharger itself, I'm just looking for suggestions on a good list of custom parts to put into the car to make it run the best it can, and the fastest.
Its a 2.0 L echo tech engine with a Stage 3 GM kit.
Now, I'm not looking for the best of the best, just good aftermarket parts I can buy that won't break my wallet.
Cheers!

welcome to the forum man.
with it being a stage 3 set up thats a good setup to have right off the bat. get yourself an intake, a catless dp and youll be set. if you can try to find yourself a GMPP exhaust they are super hard to come by but def in my eyes the best sounding exhaust for an lsj. check out ZZP performance they have everything and anything for a cobalt.

Chevy Cobalt
Post up what you have questions about.
I would suggest header/DP, exhaust, Option B, and rotated engine mounts; stage 2.

Hey guys, been a long time.
Since my last post there has been lots of good and minor bad aha.
The Good
It came with Eibach Pro-Kit installed (taking it off soon, i find it rides really rough unless its perfect roads)
and a Injen Cold air Intake
Aftermarket exhaust -though i dont know what brand...buyer didnt know
The Bad
I moved to the city for school and someone hit my car, luckily only cosmetic and on passenger side.
Also, what wideband gauges do you guys use? Or gauges in general

that sucks about the car getting hit though man
as far as a wideband with the supercharged model you have to but a downpipe with a bung on it or put one on yourself and then buy your wideband. i know guys use innovative motorworks and aem idk about others though someone else can chime in. i had the innovative one on mine when i had an SS/SC

Might be a bearing issue or struts. Still waiting to get it checked out.
Any downpipe suggestions? I was trying to find some on ZZP earlier but mainly came across downpipes for everything but the cobalt.
I already have a gauge in the car, that came with when I bought it that shows my kpsi on my boost. Any better suggestions that would be better or show more info that id need?
Cheers!
