Adrian you can't even sell a set at $1000 let alone per wheel. I'm thinking these look pretty gaudy too.

Cleaning the wheels, showing the fasteners proving they're three piece and showing the damage would all help.

Link to manufacturer? How much is a new barrel?

Don't be lazy.

I guess I picked the wrong wheels. Didn't see OP's picture before. I pictured Fikse Profil 10's, instead of 5S. Here's a replacement Porsche for ya
And also for OP: holy dirty wheels Batman. That doesn't bode well for how they have been taken care of...

I agree with the dirty wheel thing. What is the benefit in 1 piece verses 3 piece? Last set of 3 piece wheels I had were on my Alfa spider, been 1 piece ever since. Or is more like someone wearing chuck Taylor converse shoes verses air Jordan's?

Usually 3 piece are lighter and stronger. You can change barrels to adjust diameter, offset and width.

They usually have way more R&D time. Plus if you damage a wheel the barrel usually bends instead of cracking.

You get what you pay for. But it's hard to justify spending 5k on wheels when our cars are worth 10.

Or when you can get a whole new wheel for the price of parts of a 3 pc. I guess the weight of the wheel is what would draw people to wanting them.

Wheel shattering could mean a worse accident. Weak wheels can actually bend enough in corners to change camber.
