However, it does only fit Hahn Mitsubishi Super Turbos. If that's what you have, shoot me a PM and we'll talk details.
I want to use it when I purchase your Super 20G, turbo manifold, and high speed oil line kit, so I will need to appropriate flange for that outlet. I was just looking mainly into the flange to bolt up to the turbo so I can then weld and fab the rest. Thanks again!

Bump for my flange question to be answered. ^^^ Is is a standard 3 bolt 2.5" flange or the traditional TDo5 style? Thanks!

It is a 3-bolt flange unique to the Hahn Mitsubishi Super series turbos:

H TZ-7305: Turbine Outlet Flange, HRC/Mitsubishi Super: This laser-cut, .250" thick mild steel flange features a 2.300" opening.

hey bill, i'm wondering about the portfueler option. It looks like the intake has ports welded into it. are those there anyways so I could portfuel it later without welding them into the intake? Or would I have to weld them in later? Is this an effective way of preventing our #4 from commiting harry carey and turning our ecotec into a subie motor?

You are the man once again. I guess I'm going to have to add that to the list of parts to order from you then.

The PortFueler option can be added later, yes. While our standard S20G TurboSystem does not include it, it's an option we are testing this summer. Of course, we've already done initial testing on our GT35R car with it to the tune of 440 WHP on pump gas.

We intend to push the stock engine to 25-30 PSI with S20G and PortFueler. Naturally, this will be beyond the safe limits of pump gas, so we'll give it some octane. The goal is to duplicate the performance of our SRT-4 program, where we ran 27 PSI boost on the stock engine with PortFueler and S20G turbo, and busted out 11 second passes @ 122 MPH on street tires!

Adding PortFueler to an existing system involves attaching the injector bosses and fuel rail to the intake manifold. We can do it, or we can provide the parts to you.

We do believe this is a great method of preventing engine suicide, yes! PortFueler has proven to be outstandingly effective on hundreds of installations, including our Ecotec Sunfire, a low-11 second street car on PortFueler.

speaking of the portfuler bill, any word when it'll be ready? my car will be seeing 30psi on race gas in the next coming weeks, so anything to help keep it in one piece would be great.
BTW car is still running somehow, and was actually fine today, I dunno what the hell is going on with it, but it's getting completely torn down either this week or next.
gonna redo the harness in the engine compartment and clean it up by hiding everything, degreasing and cleaning, repainting, and waxing the engine compartment, should look like a brand new car when it's back together and ready for the track. low-mid 11's here I come lol.

He's been out enjoying the car, but I will ask him if he's got any new pics or vids for us. Seems he's been surprising quite a few folks with the car out there, like some modded Subies and the like!

Once he's got his new clutch put in, we plan to get to the track for some times and practice. Then on goes PortFueler, and off come the gloves!

Paul, check PM. I have good news

hey guys, this is Tyler Beckman, the test car. sorry i dont post much. the turbo kit is awesome! i have been been winning races left and right. the car is 100% beter, its faster, easier to launch, better gas mileage and if you choose to get the profec 2 boost controller ( hahn carries them) you can really open it up. not to mention, its awesome to see the look on peoples face when they get stomped by a cobalt!

Still running 15psi Tyler, or have you gotten boost hungry and turned it up?

I'm liking 18psi, should be close to 340whp 300wtq. I don't know if I'd want to push 20+ on my stock engine.

Congrats man, can't wait for some more teasers!

honestly if i got ove the 15, my clutch just slips like crazy. i should be putting a new one in soon then im def gunna turn it up! also, if im not mistaken, 18 psi put us at 360 horse and 340 torque. im sure bill will verify that, but i think thats how it went down.
