actually they are doing it because these cars are a hazard to society. Do you know what happens when you put that much rotating mass on car that was not engineered to handle it. Not to mention that most of these fuckwads dont even install better brakes.
plus they are impounded only to get inspected if they pass they are back on the road, unfortunately.

I agree. Not too many white guys rollin in donks LOL. There are a few but not many. Being that I am black (half to be exact) I do feel that what the police are doing there is somewhat racially motivated. (again insert specific NWA song here)

yeah, I know what happens when you put larger wheels on a car, rofl... nothing. There is nothing hazardous about those wheels on that caddy. They are inside the fender well which is pretty much the only requirement needed to have larger offset wheels.\

If they were outside the fender well then they would be a hazard which is what the redneck Genre fail to do with their lifted trucks 99% of the time. Police have sooooo many repair orders they could be writing up that could really **** somebody over, lol. NO they write repair orders for lowered cars.... .why? becuase they dont like them.

Yep, and a load of crap that is. The type of car you are driving, what color it is, what it looks like, all change how fast the car LOOKS like it is going. Not to mention the officer could just give you a ticket because he is prejudiced against you. Damn you Ohio.

Most states allow "visual estimates" as a basis for a ticket. Cops actually have to be trained on how to estimate speed visually. Needless to say those tickets aren't written up very often and usually it's only reserved for cases where the person was CLEARLY speeding, it's usually written up without a specific speed on it.

about the pic of the car crushed by the wheel....... That was not do to the rims being oversized. The wheel in the pic in a knock off style rim and if you dont know how to install those properly, they are known to fall of frequently oversized or not. I've seen that happen with 13", 14" and 15" knock off style wheels.
