Front Wheel Drive?

i read on the "car and driver" website that the cobalt was gonna be in front wheel drive.

the only reason im asking is because that is the only place i read it was gonna be front wheel.

being only 15 and not being a car guy (thats what my brother is for)

i don't know if that is a good thing or not

what do yall say?

its all preferance fwd is a easier car to handle for a first car or what not

Front Wheel Drive is easier to handle (except tell that to my cavalier that hydroplaned and crashed)

Front wheel drive is better traction in bad road conditions. But if you drive too fast they understeer like a mofo. Pretty much all compact cars are front-wheel drive, it's smaller and cheaper to build.
