Not sure who it was, some one in a silver cobalt ss saw me in my cobalt at the gas station "on the run", pulled in and said i should check out this club, it was good things.

A Cobalt with a 'Northern Virginia EcoTecs' decal and maryland tags would be quite ironic :p come out one sunday and ill get you one anyways
Chase told me that Virginia Beach, for example, already has a group organizing. Richmond is the only other part with a high population that can possible have a lot of cobalts
