Hello, cobaltss.net!
I'm finally gonna come out of the closet and stop lurking on the forums so much. Well, I'm in my early 20's and go to a college nearby. I got my first Cobalt last February. It is an '07 LT 2D Black with 109k (123k current). It was my cousin's car for about 4 years, but she needed to get a bigger car for her newborn. So I bought it from her for $1500. The only issue was it was hit by a drunk driver on the rear quarter panel one night and never got repaired. It is my first owned car and I instantly fell in love with it. It is my daily, so I don't want to do anything too crazy with it.
Upgrades:
Stock most everything
Airbox mod
K&N drop-in air filter (engine & cabin)
VHT Nightshades taillight tint
Full dashcam setup front & rear
I also recently bought an '06 LS 2D Black with 79k. Its history is a true mystery. It was up on a Copart auction back in late September at a nearby lot and I decided to check it out. I was shocked at what I found. It had a 2.2 supercharged ready to go. Unfortunately, I ended up losing the auction, but about two weeks later I was browsing craigslist and spotted it again. It was going for $2650. Talked the owner down to $2000 cash and walked away happy as can be.

What kind are you looking for? I let you know if I see anything good. I will probably post in the 2.2 l61 section later this week. My '06 has some issues.

Im looking for anything really i had a 06 2.2 l61 with intake exhaust and blacked out with billet grille was gonna do a turbo build or engine swap on it before it got toataled out

An '06 2.2 turbo build that's ambitious, but would be some fun. I will keep my eye out for anything decent running on the market.
