I'm thinking 3 grand if it's just the car. It's in rough shape right now, but tons of good parts on it to either mint something else out or fix it up and have basically a 4 door redline for under 5k.
I've also got a spare transmission since 2nd gear isn't working, a huge sheet of baby blue vinyl wrap, along with some redline front end body pieces but I don't know if I want to get rid of those with the car.

Hmmm...let me look at some numbers and get back to you.
My thoughts are, return Ion to stock and sell for as much as possible (in decent running condition), take any SC parts and use towards Cobalt, sell anything I don't need/can't use.
Not sure I would come out ahead though. Although Ion could become new DD if I were to SC the Cobalt.

Sounds good, it runs and drive right now, but not well. It's got a bent cv joint or something, whenever you give it gas, it shakes real bad. But it's got some goodies on it, FE5 struts and lowering springs, poly control arm bushings, recaro front seats, some other redline interior parts, full 2.8'' pulley set up on it with a funny tune.
I'd part it out if I was sticking around longer since I know it's easier to find buyers for aftermarket **** individually.
