I loved it, but my winter beater kept taking a **** on me at the time. I needed something quick so I just traded in for a fast car I could drive year round.

Haha, it probably was. He likes to travel down to Hwy 100 it seems. Yeah, it was yellow, still has the pf01s on it. I know the guy hit something and it's missing its front lip and has bumper damage. When he got it, all it had was GMS1 and YYZ springs, but I know he put a BOV on it, a catless dp, side exit exhaust, an intake, and charge piping. There's probably more, but that's all I remember seeing him post in the Cobalt SS Gang on Facebook

Yea I destroyed him and a focus st from a dig like 3 cars until I shifted into second(but they looked young so I figured they just didn't know how to drive). So I rolled down the window to talk to the cobalt ss kid. I asked what he had done and he said stock. So we went from a 30mph roll or so and at the end I was only a car ahead or so(through second and then into third) and I think my car should be quicker than a stock ss/tc. I don't like to race on hwy at all, then I look in the rear view and what do I see? Red and blue lights lol. I was ahead and the kid in the cobalt ss must have thought he could run because he tried to turn off and the cop went after him and left me alone. I just drove up aways and got on the freeway and went home.
. That car should be way faster than it is, "should be". Every video he posts to facebook, the car looks way slow. I'm sure the BOV and catless dp are both tripping CELs since he's only running GMS1, not to mention on one video he mentioned that he's running with the MAF unplugged... 
.I never race on Hwy 100. I just cruise, watch others race, and look at the cars. Once in a while I'll follow the group out to the secret racing grounds, but even then I don't race. It's not worth it, I already know I'm faster than most so I don't bother.

Lulz, I'm from Chicago and even I know to not race on Hwy... I've been there once with some friends, we did like 2 laps cruising around, and then sat in Oscars and watched the show the rest of the night.

Damn I was trying to find his Facebook too to see if it was actually him. I have got a racing ticket before. It's $300 and 6 points.
He asked when I was next to him if mine was turbo lol. I said "you can't hear the supercharger?" Then I said "oh yea I forgot I was in front lol"

Anybody have an exhaust they would be willing to part with in the Milwaukee area? Can be aftermarket or stock. I have a downpipe that I want to install, but I'll need to cut the stock exhaust off because the two are badly rusted together.

Update just checked not there anymore,one full black set but think he sold them cause I called he had sale pending.
Another set guy said their 17" but they look like the 18" style ss rims,didn't know they came in 17".?

Anyone know of an LSD trans for sale? Im tired of my 1 wheel wonder and second gear is starting to go...I could rebuild mine, but I have no idea what im doing, this way I could take my time and rebuild mine and add an LSD and still be able to drive the car

Try ebay it might take awhile sure one will pop up,seen them parting some sc ss on there.
Seen a smashed up red hhr ss panel they were parting.
I have 3 tc ss rims from cobalt with tires if someone needs a spare or drags we can meet up.
