I went to my local Ford/Roush dealer as no one in my State would work with me on a trade in for my 2005 escape for a new one and I didn't feel like driving 150 miles for them to low ball me. I got the trade done in late Feb or early March. My business partner works with the Roush sales guy to buy all his stuff, so I've met this guy before. He got me a Ford GT swag thing. But I mention the focus RS and I get on the waiting list. He gives me updates as he gets them, but recently it was just color, motor all the basic stuff that is already released. Once he gets the pricing I'll get a call. He knew of the car though, but obviously isn't as big of a freak as I am about it.
I mentioned I'd have my SS as trade bait maybe and he didn't flinch, so I bet he doesn't know what a CSS is. You really need to know what you want when you buy new **** or they work your ass over. BUT the RS is not going to be negotiated one bit I can 110% guarantee.

I understand where you are coming from. A Chevy dealer around here said they wanted my TC and lowered the offer twice. The TC can go directly to a good third-user home...
I've always been hesitant about the new car idea...especially subjecting a new RS to the real world/winters. The used TC has been excellent in letting me relax about such abuse. Thoughts? Have you found a good place where people are posting RS order xp's? Thanks for your input above!! * Decisions *
Side note: Because I might have a tire addiction...I have a pair Michelin pilot cup 2's (245/35r19) for you at a deal if I don't get the RS.

So you saw the new video this morning
I understand where you are coming from. A Chevy dealer around here said they wanted my TC and lowered the offer twice. The TC can go directly to a good third-user home...
I've always been hesitant about the new car idea...especially subjecting a new RS to the real world/winters. The used TC has been excellent in letting me relax about such abuse. Thoughts? Have you found a good place where people are posting RS order xp's? Thanks for your input above!! * Decisions *

October we should have the order books to get some pricing and options.
Idk man I don't drive summer cars in the winter
But if you get the Holiday gas station car wash pass, just wash it once a week minimum and it should be okay.Focusst.org has a RS thread. Not much but some chatter.

Thanks for the tips and glad to read that I'm not the only one spying every RS hint I can get!
Tire Rack had two left in a batch for a great price so halfway there
I like the garage looking like a tire store but the wife is not so sure (5 sets for the TC)...so she wants a bigger garage. Sounds great but then the old $ is the reality check.

Hey does anybody around here got any spare parts laying around? Like performance parts or appearance parts? Just seeing whats out there before I buy new. Looking for things like cold air intake, mud flaps, ect. Located just north of Milwaukee.
