a meet would be nice, but hardly anyone posts on here anymore. i still do have intentions of setting up a meet this fall but it won't be a "cobalt only" meet, i'll be inviting all types of cars out to ensure a larger meet than say.... 4 or 5.

unfortunately, for me, the next few months are insanely packed on the weekends. if i don't have a wedding to attend, it's a birthday party or work around the house needs to be done or some other family function.

but don't let me not being able to come stop you or anyone from trying to setup something still. i'll gladly step aside and allow someone else do the planning for a meet.

as far as the weather goes, it'll be nice until mid December so there's 3 months until then, but right now it won't stop raining.

Delaware can be kinda hard for meets in all honesty. Not a big state plus alot of people act interested and back out at the last minute, i'm known to be one of those people lol.

i'm friends with Ort on facebook, he's said he'd try to make it to a get together if i set one up.

maybe have it at a state park.

we'll see. i honestly just don't have time to set it up.

Do any of the parks have places where you can have a bonfire? That would be fun once it get a little cooler out.

I'd offer my house, but we don't have one yet lol and our rental house has no room for a safe fire outside. I'll look into some parks this weekend. I think you may be able to have bonfires at Carousel Park over on Limestone Road.

I know there are car meets in Delaware for anyone who is interested, not just cobalts. I'm usually the only Cobalt there! lol. It's at the rest stop on 95.

Haha yeah i know what you mean. I only went once cause I was invited. Interesting night to say the least. But a lot of nice styles of cars. Even some actual race cars but mostly ricers :p

yea it's a decent hang out. sometimes the Honda guys feel like they have to be "cool" and do burnouts or speeding off when they leave. other than that it's fine.

i usually go to the 95 meets on fridays. i have the white SS/TC lol. i know the guy with the red wagon, i havent been out in a few though due to an epic fail of my transmission lol.
