The gasket size is the same as far as I know. The flange part that mates to the down pipe is like 3 inch ,again if I remember correctly. That allows GM to use the same size gasket for all the ECO motors.

I'd go with the GMPP one myself. Sounds the best IMO.

well.... things aren't looking good for me coming. the car has been running a little rough lately and there are 2 codes. so i'm planning on taking my car to a dealership in the morning for them to check it out under warranty.

The bowtie is the hardest part by far, so don't let it discourage you. The "Cobalt LS" is cake to get off.

Rally, my car has been running kinda bad for over a year now and has like 13 codes thrown, so I don't wanna hear it

Needs a tune badly, plus I think my MAF sensor might be shot.

haha, well this is the first week i've been driving this car. it's been in the garage for about 2 1/2 months getting put back to stock. and well... since it's back to stock i'm going to take it to a dealership for them to warranty whatever is wrong with it. and since there really isn't much work today, i might take a half day and take it in this afternoon.

Now here is my interesting dilemma: to either bring my boring sotck LT 'Balt or to bring the custom Expedition (I finally filled the tank back up). Now sure which quite yet, regular daily driver or the big white SUV with the TV!
