so you quoted rockstar $170 shipped for the 2 tires. $175 sent on the 4th via paypal to your account(same email used to register here on .net) and then you say they can't be shipped cause of the way theyre packaged. so first of all, how did you get the quote then. secondly, it doesn't take 2 weeks to repackage something.

Jan 13th
Just a little timeline to get things in order
Jan 4th - Sent money threw Paypal.
Jan 8th - Assumed the money is in his account (3 days to transfer)
Jan 13th- I got the message about the tire not being shipped yet
Jan 14th- Day tires should of been shipped, but were not due to his packaging methods.
Also am curious how did Dcoll pay him? Cause according to my text. 518ss/tc did not have a paypal account til Jan 4th when i paid him. He created it that day

I've opened up a PayPal dispute because I haven't seen my stuff for 2 weeks now, can't get ahold of him, and then when I go look for the thread it is nowhere to be found but he still has other threads up, plus being a new member I knew something was up. So I sent soccer a pm letting him know what's going on and he reopened the thread.

well it may not be his fault. no need to ban him if thats the case. but its up to him to make sure things are done in a timely manner after accepting people's money. along with responding to people's messages. neither of which has he done

PayPal WILL give you your money back if he can't provide proof of shipment. People open up paypal disputes against me all the time (I run an online business), just trying to scam me and get their product PLUS their money back. PayPal always tells me if I can't provide proof they got the item (which I can) they will refund the money. Scummy ass people out there.

i agree with the "timely" manner thing. but seriously 2 weeks is NOT timely at all. espically if hes taken the time to log on to CSS multiple times and completely blow people off whos money hes taken. that just bugs me.
