some good advice. before making a purchase try to find out if other members are in the area and if they know or have at least seen the seller before. Not a guarantee but it helps.

All I can say is people need to start only accepting a paypal Invoice to make a payment on. I state on mine that item will be shipped within 3 business days or a full refund may be requested. I insure the item if it's over $50 and I provide tracking.

Hopefully PayPal get's it figured out.

Your a good guy for doing your setup this way. Need more peeps like you. I just bought a block, and head off a guy on here and he actually drove the stuff from saint louis to columbus ohio for me. It was a nice thing to do, and I got my stuff and he got some cash. So their are good people out there, and they are willing to help. Dont know what I woulda done without this forum to be honest.

Here's what I would place my bets on.


Person is broke ass. Money's spent before payday comes.

Low fuel light is on 95% of time in broke ass's car.

Broke ass has stuff to sell for $$! Posts it with good intentions.

Broke ass makes another paypal account because all the previous ones were suspended for disputes.

Potential buyer doesn't bother to investigate the paypal account to see it was just created 3 hrs ago.

Broke ass gets paid.

Broke ass mmediately requests a withdrawal.

Broke ass pends money.

Broke ass broke again.

Broke ass realizes it takes time, energy and most importantly $$$$$ to ship said parts.

Broke ass never has any money.

Broke ass makes excuse after excuse.

Broke ass says they're a "victim" of something for pitty.

Everyone loses out and broke ass gets banned.

Rinse and repeat with new forum/username.
