Yea they just plug in. I.e., replace your switches with these.

I don't know, i didn't do it. someone else did it for me. doesn't seem too complicated if you have a steady soddering hand though.

Boost gauge and cluster sre currently enroute to a rains_crusaider to get leds installed. So I can sell it with the custom fauge fsces as a complete unit

I have a redline, not a cobalt. so the gauge cluster wouldn't do me any good. if you rather sell them as a bundle to someone else, that's cool man.
