What's the difference between the LSJ & the LNF head? I'm getting ready to part out my LNF engine minus the porous block.

The LNF head has direct fuel injection and variable valve timing, so its quite different from the LSJ.

nope, its PFI and there are no VVT solenoids. Plus I dont think the LNF has an Exhaust cam sensor like the LSJ does.
