Wish I could hook up the half mile. Might be able to do 170 lol. But that's a fast ass z06 for a cam. My car up to 80 isn't much anymore. After 80 it starts laying it down hard. There was one c6 at the Chicago half that impressed the hell out of me. NA 408 trapped 160ish. I don't know what the elevation is there.

You ever heard them talk about there cars? I got a guy that owns a fifth gen Camaro and made 500 hp, thought he could wax my littler four cyl. He got beat long ago when I was barely 500 hp. Now he has ~700 with spray. Still gets beat hahah. Its all in fun. He went with us to the 1/2 mile, it was a huge eye opener for him to see so much hp in big heavy v8's getting killed. Your comment is retarded, I will be buying a v8, but it will have twins on it, or I am looking on the long road to a used GTR. Can pick up a 2010 for roughly 65,000

So you meet one guy with a Camaro, so all guys with v8s are bad? Go slap that ls3 in something lighter , not the tank the Camaro is, and kiss your four cylinder goodbye.
All this v8 vs 4 cylinder talk reminds me of the time I was hanging around some civic kids at the track, and one of there buddys with a turbo civic barley beat a STOCK c6 that ran 12.9 , they were trash talking, and saying stupid **** about v8s, I was just laughing cause the kid that had the Civic had over 10k in his motor, didn't have AC, didn't have a interior, and they thought it was cool that they beat a stock c6 , and yet that civic stopped racing due to having issues with a boost issue.
All im trying to say is don't be so against v8s. In the long run they are ALOT better then a forced induction 4 cylinder.

You really are kind of retarded aren't you?? I am not against v8's, it was a comment I said. I am friends with way more then one guy with a v8. Get lots of props from most people. If you look at all the post where I have talked about other cars you will see that as long as its a nice build, regardless of make or model I dig it.

Yeah I been having been next car decision issues...where I want the supercharged b8 s4, but the b7 v8 sound so much like sex and the new vette has been enticing as well. I know the audi will never be quick as the balt but they sound so good and drive so well.
