The hand me down set of do it yourself projector retrofits i had gotten from a friend looked like a rats nest of wires and what not. needless to say i gave them away because I didn't want to even attempt to deal with them.

As said in first post this was a bash at no one. Reading > you.
Maven said it best - an opportunity to show off your work which im glad you contributed to.
this thread is to help members, and clearly it seems you have people who are glad you posted so thank you.
Now to get sra to post, although I don't think he's on here much

Sssweet has a set of EVOX-R projectors, Iris shrouds, Morimoto MicroController harness, Morimoto 5Five ballasts powering genuine Phillips 85122+ bulbs at 50 watts
All the electrics:
Side markers epoxied in place:
Badass tinted lens on left, basic clear less expensive lens on right (Sssssssweet went badass). Never seen either vendor here use these.
Drivers side aimed and mounted but not fully secured.:
Harness modified for Switchbacks, but still able to be used with regular bulbs if necessary without cutting anything. Others can feel free to copy this setup
Passenger side done.

I think the tinted lens is what came with some SS's. My stock headlights look like that..
I wish I had seen pictures of his work before I went through SRA... but what can I say, I trusted a vendor?
