Since I'm not hearing back from Francis yet again..
I'm going to take these headlights apart and see what I can do.
Maybe retro fitters can help clue me in?
Since there's wires hanging out from the projector etc what can I do to heat up the sealant? Also what's the best thing to use when resealing them? Any help would be appreciated. Feel free to PM me if you don't want to post here.

The wires will be fine in the oven. Don't worry about them. Ask maven how to attach the shrouds, it's shouldn't be that tough. You can either remove the halos and not have them, as they tend to be a hassle anyways, or order new ones. It really shouldn't be too bad to fix. At least the worst part of a TL retrofit is already done, the mounting.

Got them apart...
SOO!
First of all two of the adjuster screws weren't attached to the stock reflector. The reason the shroud fell off was because it didn't fit around the solenoid properly so it barely stuck to the projector.
This is my findings so far... also looks like when francis did the clear lens swap he scratched the lens.

The white parts of those screws were popped off originally and I had to push them back in, basically the bowl almost fell out.
I'll try to get a picture of the lens that you can actually see the scratches...

Cuz its not. And theres ZERO reason for that much of the inner trim to be cut, nor should it be cut in a big rectangle when the shroud is curved. H A C K. Wonder why hasnt posted in 3 weeks I might have a spare set of inners laying around Struttin, Ill check if your interested.
