Oh so now you're back to trying to get rid of the wing, eh? You told me you didn't want to, of course I'm in New York and with your above reasoning I can understand.
thanks for the monte pic as well. I might have to go with the silver stripes right after I get my new high rise installed on the car.
Why are you getting rid of your SS/TC?

I see, skyline's aren't to bad. So are you looking to get rid of that wing of yours for real? I may be able to help you out IF you are.

I would do a trunk swap but I can't find anyone close enough to meet half way to do so. Or most jsut don't want to trade for the SRTC low rise. Which is fine, I'm not mad about it.
I did find someone that might trade a different color, but its gonna cost me about $180 to get it painted this color.

Since SRodSS doesn't want to trade his wing, after changing his mind a couple time,.... Ok, well I'm jsut messing with you SRodss. But since I can't find any SRTC high rise wings for sale or trade I'm trying to find a black high rise. Since the paint for our color is relatively expensive I was thinking about painting the side posts on the high rise SRTC and leaving the center piece black.
Do you think it would look dumb or look decent? I will eventually buy a carbon fiber insert possibly.

hey guys, just wanted some opinions here. i have an 07 ss/na (SRTC of course ) and was wondering what you all would think if i got the ss/sc lip kit put on. I would prolly want to get the lips as well as the sideskirts black, and possibly even the spoiler for some contrast up top. what do you guys think? i have the suncoast hood with black 3rd gen projectors too btw

...ah c'mon man...you made it sound all dirty and what not. lol
well I've got 600 grit 3M wet or dry sand paper that iv been usuing for all of my dash trim. I didn't bother trying to clean out and polish inside the grooves so thats still got the crappy stock silver paint in it. So i just sanded all the paint off it, then it looked like brushed alum, so i kept sanding til it looked more like the finished pic.(all with the same 1-2" x 4" piece of sand paper...it felt like 1000-2000 grit paper by the time I was done lol) Then i got some metal/alum. polishing compound and a rag and hand pollished it a few times till it came out like that.

So does anyone thing that a black pinstripe that started small in the front, and widened as it went back would look nice?
Could possibly be a birthday present.
