Compressor is 60mm Inducer and 82mm Exducer

It should help me meet my goals rather easily. Figured I'd share with everyone.

Thats gunna be a insane setup, congrats man I'm sure your gunna have lots of fun with that once you get it completed.

I leave for cake deployment in January. I'm going to Incirlik, Turkey for 6 months, lol. But my cobalt isn't over here yet, it's still in Nebraska. But I'm going to try and get it out here next summer after my "extended TDY" lol. It would be cool to get JIMBO and a few others that I know of all together for a CSS.NET GERMANY Meet!

Thanks, I'm really anxious to get it finished, but I'm still a long ways away. I'm saving up for the next purchase which is the ZZP log manifold and Turbine housing. That'll be like 600 or so.

Yea, I'm trying to be careful this time. After splitting a sleeve, it's definitely not something I want to do again.

I'm most excited about the headwork though. This new port job flows rediculous. More than I've heard of any other ecotec head flowing.

I don't know for sure, but I'm hoping. After my deployment, and taxes, and the money I put to the side, I should be able to get all the parts to finish it. The problem is having enough time to stick around in Nebraska to get it together, get up to ZZP and get it tuned, and hopefully hit a track up.

Getting the military to approve more than 30 days of leave isn't easy.

I'm getting a little more interest than I thought I would. Looks like I may have to keep updating this thread.

I just need to make sure I get the right size injectors and have enough fuel pump. and also make sure I got enough clutch.

I got all the engine internals figured out already.

Damn, your lucky. I'm going to OEF for 12mo's around april, so my cobalt won't be here until Summer 2012. I know how it is trying to get back to the states to get your cobalt ready for shipment, its what i've been trying to do for the past few months, but getting the Warno for my platoon changed my plans. Now that I'm deploying I may use some of the money to buy a Solstice GXP or Sky RL. If you do make a CSS Germany meet sometime in summer of 2012, post it up and I'll be there, with some form of an Ecotec.

Yes, this one is a larger unit, so it is a T4 divided flange. That's why I said I'm going to order a turbine housing that's a undivided T3 flange from ZZP that will bolt up to their log manifold.

Depending on what Holset unit you get though, it could be a T3 divided or undivided or T4 divided or undivided.

Holsets move A LOT of air. Just be wary that you are likely to experience some sort of internal failure if you are on stock components with a Holset.

My block is sleeved and I have Wiseco pistons. So that's why I'm not afraid to push it.

I tried to get ahold of Ryan @ ZZP tonight to see if I could go ahead and order my new T3 Hotside and manifold, but he was busy and I'm headed to bed. So I'll try again tomorrow.

As soon as I get them, more pics will be posted up with it bolted together!
