poor running/ sputtering

i have a friend of mine with a 06 ss sc bought used with 30k on it put the gm stage 2 on it car ran fine. now at 70k he put the gm stage 3 in it. then it started sputtering and ad low to no power. no cel or any thing. well last night i put new plugs in it and cleaned the thorttle body and seafoamed the motor and it ran good had good power and pulled strong well he calles me to day and says its sputtering again any ideas guys?

get a new tune? or possibly a wire/hose left unplugged?

how did you seafoam it, through the vacuum lines too?

no it hasent been tuned he just pged the ecu in and drove and yessir through the vaccum line

i believe he needs a case learn from the dealer.
That is something that has to be done when you swap pcm's.
