Drive belt tensioner

Does anyone know how to use the belt tensioner on the Cobalt SS/SC. The factory repair manual says to use an open end wrench to turn it, but where the heck do you grap it at? A pic would be great.

It's a 15mm wrench too by the way. Make sure it's on there real good and push toward the rear of the car.

thanks for the pic and the size. I tried the 15mm,,,,,,,,,,,,,,I don't think I had it on tight enough. Just waiting for the state 2 upgrade to arrive
