engine power reduced/ traction control light on

At any given time 2005 Cobalt goes into engine power reduced mode..and t/c light comes on. It is fine if driving on freeway for 1-2 or even 3 hours.... soon as city driving it acts up.... changed Throttle Body and Ecm... will be checking for vacum leaks

What could It be????????

I can understand your hesitancy to work with your dealership again on this. If you do decide to go back, or would like for Customer Service to follow up on anything, I would recommend you get in touch with GM of Canada at 800-263-3777 (Hours: M-F 7:30am - 11:30pm, Sat 7:30am - 6:00 EST).
