Gasoline Smell EcoTec 2.2L
We own a 2008 Cobalt LS 2.2L. Whenever we turn off the engine, the car reeks of gasoline for a while. The car doesn't have fluids changed often, and may need an oil change. (they didn't reset the computer when they put the oil in, so it reads 30% all the time.) What's causing this? Someone told us it could be a leaking fuel injector...
UPDATE: If the car sits for a while, and you start it, it takes a long time to turn over. There are big brown spots on the pavement under where the exhaust would be when it is parked. We checked, and the injectors aren't leaky. The interior absolutely reeks of gasoline. Also, under the hood, the engine ticks a lot while it runs.

Mine was leaking just behind the rear drivers side door where the silver heat wrap was on the line. The line looked good until it entered the line where it was completely rotted.
