I don't know what is wrong

I have a 2009 cobalt ss turbo charged. Recently my check engine light came on and my car has no power almost like my turbo isn't producing any boost. I took it to a local mechanic and he said it came back as a bad fuel pump. So they replaced my fuel pump and went to go pick my car up from them and the check engine light is still on and my car still has no power. Also when I turn it off sometimes it doesn't want to start It will just keep cranking until I turn the key off I have to do this multiple times before it will finally start. And as I was backing my car up from his shop I just held the clutch in and rolled backwards it sounded like the whole underneath of my car was dragging the gravel. Any ideas would be much apriciated.
