That's definitely not a valid OBD II fault code.

Nope never heard of it. All B2000 series codes are set by the BCM or Onstar, though.

P2A00 is an Oxygen sensor code.

No need, its not a code. Its not listed in the service manual.

I thought all B codes were non powertrain codes.
Maybe the OBD2 sensor the OP has is not able to fully pick it up and just gives B2AAA
Anyway heres a link to all the B codes hope it helps
(I didn't want to post them all, its along list)

Correct, B is a Body code, the only two modules that set B2xxx codes in the OPs car are the BCM and the Onstar module. B2AAA isnt a legit code

Maven's correct there is no listing for a B2AAA DTC, Is it possible the scanner you have cannot read BCM codes? I recommend that since the code is something you saw take it to the dealer and have them check the codes for any problems -- maybe the scanner you have has detected something but is incapable of showing "B" DTCs? Just a thought...

Thanks guys haven't been on here in a while and forgot I even posted this.

Haven't had the code checked yet but I will.

Probably correct that the scanguage II can't read the code correctly.
