glowshift wideband...please help

ok, so i ordered a glowshift wideband gauge. its the red digital one. it came with directions for it to install. there are 4 wires that are for power. orange, red, white, and black. the directions say the black goes to engine ground, the white goes to a 12v switched power source, and the orange is for dimming. i understand all that and have no issues hooking it up. however, the instructions say nothing about the red wire at all. where does it go? kthx

red - 12v constant
white - 12v switched(ex: only has power when ignition is on=sunroof, wipers)
black - ground
orange - dimmer control

this should all be on your installation instructions
