Just realized I am stopping metal on metal
I need to get brakes this week ASAP.
Is the black on the premium rotors paint or powder coating?

These are drilled holes and not ones that are cast in to the rotors? Sounds like a high potential to crack when they heat up.

Hey JonyyB,

The Premiums comes with Electrocoating finish that provides long lasting corrosion protection. "E-coating" is a superior electro-statically applied rust protection coating. In English it basically means that it is like a thin layer of powder coat that is applied on and measured by amps, so theres no run-ons or overcoating.

Thanks
Steven

We precision drill our rotors in between each vane structures so there are no vanes being drilled or hit, so the integrity and strength of the construction is still there. Majority of rotor companies do drill their rotors just like us. If you are worried about going drilled and slotted. We also offer slotted only rotors and blanks. Our Premium rotors are made with stronger iron casting rated at g3500.

Thanks,
Steven

Soo the cost of drilled & slotted rotors for a 2.0 SS/SC is $310 shipped? And there is no additional charge for the drilling and slotting as your website indicates?

Any other discounts for purchasing the F+R drilled and slotted rotors WITH the Hawk HPS pads?

Do you offer any warranty on the rotors as far as rotor life, rusting, or cracking?

Yes, we do offer a 3 month warranty on warping and cracking. All my rotors offered in the GB will be Double drilled and slotted Premium series rotors. However, if you wanted drilled only, or slotted only. I can do that for you with no extra cost. If you wanted pads with your order there is no additional cost for shipping, just add to the order.

Thanks
Steven

Can we get just blanks for the same price or cheaper (considering there's less labor involved)?

the GB will definitely last to the end of the year. Then I would talk it over with the guys here to see if or when we will be starting a new one or just keep the current GB going.

Thanks for the inquiry,
Steven
