Show & Shine Detailing, washing, waxing, paint care, wax, etc.

So, I am debating on Plasti Dipping the balt.

So, I am debating on Plasti Dipping the balt.

Well the balt did not have it's paint taken care of. I have spent a total of 20+ hours in it, and it still not right. It looks good up to 2 feet away, but it is just little crap that bugs me. I had planned on painting it in the fall, but Honestly I can not stand it anymore. With that being said. Plasti dip released several new colors last week. I am pretty set on black pearl. Thoughts?

I think plastidip is ghetto as fk on anything but small parts but that's just my opinion. It looks decent but it's a half ass attempt to make a car look good.

^ That's basically how I feel about it. I'm not into the whole dipping my car thing. I'd just want until fall and get it painted.

Look into vinyl wrapping. Looks way better than plasti dip and cheaper than repainting the car.

It's deff cost effective. You get what you pay for though when it comes to quality.

It also cleans up alot easier

I had my trunk dipped for a while but the texture attracted dirt hardcore and i couldnt clean it well

Unless you do a damn professional job it may come out smoother

In my case i will get my car dipped this spring white pearl, when a pro do it, it's coming really nice, its smooth like a real peaint job, when you touch it its like rubber and it will not move even after 3 years. So a good cheap way to have something different and you can change it if you want to. It will not replace a real paint job, but it's more affordable and less permanent lol.
