I remember going to a studio and ending up paying close to 200 bucks for about a dozen medium/small prints, couple large and like 2 dozen wallets and with the economy the way it is people wanna remember the memory not the hole in their wallet.
Like what type of portraits? We charge around $200 for senior portraits but model/specialty shots would be a bit more just because it dips into the fashion side. As you know, the fashion side can get quite pricey the better you are.

Spectral - Yeah, it is expensive. Either way it'll be a great camera! Try justify spending $2700 on your next BODY. That's right, no lens, just body. Welcome to the 5D mk II lol it'll be my next camera.

The portraits I will be doing are couples, some kids, and family stuff just the basics I guess couple solo portraits too. A friend of mine has another friend that wants belly pics and then baby pics after the baby has arrived too.

A few I did today of my dog and one of my cat. Dog pics shot with f/3.2 ISO 200, and shutter of I believe 1/100 with DMW FL28 Panasonic flash. One of the cat shot with f/3.6 ISO 100, Shutter of 1/250, and used a Minolta 4000 speed flash straight up at 70MM flash length.

Like this? brightness -25, contrast +50, gamma 2.0, saturation +100 using irfanview ... only program I have on this computer. You can tell there was a lot of detail left in the image in the shadows (see how the shadow and light plays on the tree trunk) but no more data for the sky so it never turns blue.
