headlight scratch remover?
Hey guys,
So, I got some DIY blackout light from a member on here awhile back. They look really solid, however there's lots of tiny little scuffs and scratches (from random road debris and whatnot) all over both light casings. There's a big scuff that I know you can't do anything with, but can you fix the small ones? They're reasonably noticible with the lights off, but much more so with the lights on. And I feel that it's hindering my headlight bulbs a little bit as my '84 Olds lights are doing better at night at the moment.. lol Any products that you'd recommend? They're not yellowed or anything, they just have lots of tiny nicks and whatnot. I know they sell headlight scratch remover, but does it work? And can you use anything else instead? I have lots of stuff in the garage, so if I can use something I have instead of paying 10 bucks for something, bonus.
Thanks!
