ss/tc low coolant...wtf???

I think it was back in June my low coolant light came on for the first time or at least the first time I noticed. Naturally I checked the coolant level and all was fine. Now that its colder outside it comes on like every morning and when the car has warmed up, it goes away. My coolant level still hasn't moved, anyone else have this happen? Any ideas?
