SS T/C 13.10 @110 is this where I should be?

Just like the title says,I am Trifecta dual tuned, with a down pipe,Injen hot side, and K+N drop in. My 60' was 2.11 on street tires, temp was about 71.I sure was hoping for 12's though.

Hey man thos are some great times! with street tires 2.11 60ft is good thats what I got.

You might make it to the 12's.

If I was you my next mod would be Slicks or at lest DR's

It's possible to cut a 2.0 short time on street tires .......I haven't been able to ...but i've seen others do it . That would put you in the 12's easy. Nice trap

Thats pretty good. I have gotten a 2.0 60', but its not easy to do. I finally got my torque management so I can do it pretty consistently. My best time is 13.05, so you are pretty good. Just need practice.

Seems on point! The track plays a major role in 60' times Im finding. Is that 110trap on the infiniboost tune?

No just the switchable one I think the car spikes and holds 23-24 all the time.

Your trap is definately good enough to run 12's. Just need alittle more practice is all.

Trap is probably not good enough for 12's. Sorry. I have cut a 2.0 60', ran a 13.05, at 111. Can't get much better than that. sure you could hit a 12.95+, nothing much lower than that.

lol with traction you ARE good for low 12's... My buddy ed has a stalled, exhaust, lid, LS1 formula that runs very consistant 12.1 @ 110mph with 1.6 60ft's...

Its almost to bad our big ass brakes make it hard to get some real meaty tires on there

Yeah, you are comparing FWD vs RWD. FWD ALWAYS traps higher compared to RWD.

The more you spin going down the track the higher your trap speed will be.

Also how many lbs of boost are you on?

Lul... what I said.

Comparing the traps between a RWD car and a FWD car is not completely fair. A RWD car will always trap slower than a FWD car, if they are running similar times. It has to do with the traction issues on the launch, and in between shifts, etc.

When comparing cars with a similar tire setup (slicks vs slicks of course, something like this).

An 11 second FWD car would have to go at a higher speed across the line than an 11 second RWD car, because the RWD car has the launch advantage, therefore a somewhat slower speed across the line. the FWD car will have to make its time up in the back half of the track, whereas a RWD car picks up alot of its time right off the launch.

Wrong. Any timeslip i've ever had from running down the track (400+ times) the better the 60ft time the better the mph. My Cobalt holds true on every pass.

A perfect non bogging pass will out trap any spinning car everytime.

This is true, but wouldn't you concur that FWD have higher traps than RWD cars, even though they run the same time? I have had worse 60' times with better traps, but only a mph or so better. So, it could have been a bit better of a shift, or w/e.

Yeah, on slicks or DR's. Not on street tires like the OP.

True but most 4 cylinders run a turbo and pick up more in the backhalf then a typical n/a v8 say trapping 110mph. Given both cars have the same asperation(n/a, turbo, supercharged, nitrous) and the same 60ft there really shouldnt be any difference in the timeslip.
