Dyno Day?
So uh.... anyone up for this soon? I've never dynoed before and really have no idea where to go, I mean I saw the local dyno list but is one better than another? As in does one take better care of their equipment?
Anyone hear any good or bad about Pina in Kent?
I had the bret chevrolet in kent replace my head when the timing chain tensioner failed under warrenty at 15k because it was right across the street from my work on west valley highway and they did a shitty ass job. I think they went out of business already though. But FYI to you NW cobalt guys be careful when it comes to dealerships around here they are just trying to get paid. Warranty jobs don't pay they eat that cost.

I doubt they will do anything. You really think they will pay attention? Either way unless they write down your plate and check every white tc or whatever color car you have comes in to get serviced they won't know it's you. Mainly if your cars back to stock when you take it in they can't do ****. I have never had a problem with GM warranty service, just dealerships trying to get out of doing the work since they eat the labor cost.

But what they can do is walk across the street after you leave and say hey I saw that white Cobalt ss in here, just for fun, what kind of numbers did it put down? OH really, is that so then go and make a little note in the computer. Sure I might be over reacting but then again, maybe not.
also, bob wont give out your info
But having said that ,if someone needs help working on their car, I'm up for trying to help. I've done the basics to my cars over the years. Such as lowering 4 cars, various mounts, intakes, cat backs, brakes, and R&R engines and transmissions in a Corvette (65) and Chevelle SS (69) etc. etc.
Would also be up for a dyno day of course but I think I will have done it before others here are ready. I'd also possibly be up for a drive or show sometime if there were enough people (I know this isn't the season though)
So after months of saying no to Drift Office, I'm headed there tomorrow. Last weekend I did the Mustang Dyno and I'm just soooo curious to know the dynojet will say, that I'm hitting it a week later.
Oh and as a side note there was a stock GT500kr at the dyno last week that put down 501hp
Stock SRT8 Challenger is 386hp
Stock R/T Challenger is 358
Just in case you were wondering

Too much for what it is, but I have a need to know @ drift office it's $85 for 3 pulls
When I did the Mustang Dyno @ Horsepower Ranch it was $60 because it was dyno day otherwise $85
That's why originally I was asking about a dyno day, to save some $$ but no one here seems to want to do it so I'm hitting it alone.
