So there is a show coming up here in Daytona and I need some more stuff since I'm not going to be able to rewax it when I get there. So I was thinking, Spray and Wax, Quick Detailer, maybe the Swirl Remover not sure about the time since the show is this coming weekend. And also some MicroFibers. Lemme know how much.

 

what ever you need we can ship by tomorrow morning, I'm not sure why will you want the swirl remover as you will need a buffing machine, if you don't have time or not able to wax, I can only assume that you won't have time for the swirl remover ? Just PM with whatever is that you need.

Spray Wax
Tire Gel / applicator

For the shows if we don’t take the trailer we wash and wax the car the day before the show, leave the tires without any tire shine, then we usually stop at a local car wash and wash the car by hand just with PLAIN water, dried it up and at the show spray wax it and dress the tires

 

I just pm'd you, and I know that you have to apply the Swirl Remover with a buffer just that's a later job. And as for the type of machine does it matter? Cause I was looking into getting a Ryobi D/A, which works pretty good with polishing some of the fiber glass crap at work just a little heavy after a while, or just a simple car buffer/polisher at WalMart or something.

 

We have found the best buffer for the job is the Porter Cable 7424. This is a random orbital machine and the best results have been with a foam pad.

Just curious, what is wrong with those.

 

There's a few main problem with those,

1- the first one is that those pads they use once they get full of the product will start to make swirl marks.

2- the speed is not fast enough to accomplish your goal

3-they use a "one type " of pad does it all, sometimes depending on what you are trying to accomplish you may need a different pad.

4-They shake like crazy.

5- Is impossible to reach small and hard places.

6-You need two hands on it always.
