I got my interceptors and my gauge pod installed today as well as my glovebox mod and my center console. I originally had dual blue interceptors but i like the red and blue contrast and im orderin a chrome ring for the blue one to match. I love the center console its great on long trips or just for cruisin and havin something to lean on gm should have included in stock. And the interceptors are ****** awesome i should have gotten them as my first mod. I love my glovebox mod too. let me know what yall think.

i think you might have meant to type center console instead of glove box, but no the parking brake doesnt touch the center console even when i yank it up pretty hard. It doesnt need to be pulled up so hard that it gives you a hernia just enough to engage it all the way which isnt but a couple inches.

i got it from crate engine depot for a little under a hundred bucks shipped if i recall correctly. Just make sure you buy the right one to match your interior (ebony, gray, whatever) there is a how to on this with the part number.

Dual intercepts are the shiz man. I need AN interceptor so bad but all this junk keeps happenin to my car. I haven't bought anything extra to go on it since the WOT box a month ago. Just outta curiosity, how much was the dual set-up?

 

i got my duals and my 2.85 from lewisb for 350 so i gotta good deal and they were only a month old. i would suggest waiting for somebody on here to sell one or waiting on another group buy that way you can get a good deal. you just missed me sellin one of mine i sold it today to another member.

Curious, what do you mean your going to order a chrome bezel for the interceptor? Can you do that? When I ordered mine (like a year ago) I accidently ordered one with a black bezel not thinking.

Well i was thinking that you could and i emailed aeroforce yesterday and it turns out you have to send the gauge to them and for 20 bucks they will do it. I am gonna do it once my wideband gets here on monday so i will have something to fill that empty slot while the other interceptor is gone...

 

did u install the interceptors yourself and if so how hard was it to do so?

 

Yea i installed them it was easy for me you have to have a little knowledge of wiring and youll be fine. Just read the how to first.

 

Im looking into the glove box mod myself.

 

its a good mod especially if you live in a city where there a lot of carjackings or crime in general. Personally i just like the added sense of its there if i need it.
