04Redline0124 "Chris" Stole my Fuel Injectors

Back in June I answered Chris's plea for help. He think his fuel injectors went to shit and started a thread about it.....

I had just installed my 60s and had an extra set laying around. I agreed to send them to him for the price of shipping with the expectation he would send them back to me once he figured out what was wrong.

Injectors finally showed up at my door (today) but they were not mine. "Better safe then sorry" I marked my injectors with silver paint before I shipped them.



So I PM Chris and post in the Dirty south LSJ thread on CSS. ItalianJoe replies right away and says they are in Chris's car.

Chris replies to my PM and here is what transpires...

And he is lying about the flow matching. One time I asked him about my injectors and he said ItalianJoe had them and was flow matching them. When I asked for clarification he said he was "confused" and that Joe had his and was flow matching his.

I don't expect to get my injectors back but I just wanted to let you guys know what is going on when you deal with Chris.

Chris handled this poorly, no doubt. You didn't get Chris' injectors back anyway.

You got my injectors, pulled when I was rebuilding my engine. Perfectly working GM stage injectors, just like you sent me. I had Chris' injectors sitting at my house for the longest time, so I gave them to a friend with an injection shop to have them tested and cleaned, just to be 100% sure. They checked out ok, so I threw them in my car anyway and gave Chris back mine, which I know are perfect.

Glad you feel like some major indescretion has been committed here, but as I explained to Chris, I will gladly take his car apart again and put my injectors (the ones you have) in there, and take yours back out, and send them back to you, if you are willing to pay for it. I'm not wasting my time on such a pointless endeavor, including shipping them and having Chris drive for almost an hour to get to my house in the first place.

At the end of the day, you have a perfectly fine set of injectors. Are they the same ones you shipped out? No. Are they any different? No. Is there reason for this thread? I don't think so.

I just want to express how I feel, so there is no 'he said' bullshit involving me. Thanks.

From reading Joe's post he didnt realize it mattered to u as both sets of injectors were working fine. I understand ur reasoning though. If Joe had know he would of switched them back out and just charged chris for the work.

I wish I knew what was going on. I was lied to several times about where my injectors where and when I was getting them back.

Chris's car was running like shit before. Is it running better? I made it clear to him that I wanted mine back. Not some beat up ones.

Then when I asked him about it he lied to me? I mean...is this what I get for trying to help him out?

I had them tested, from talking to the owner, there is no way of adjusting those Siemens injectors to change the flow, so he tested the set to ensure that they all flowed the same. None of any involved injectors were flowmatched. The ones I had tested were the questionable ones, out of Chris' car, since they checked out fine I put them in my car.

The car had a random hesistation/misfire. I swapped in a spare set of coils I had, he got those injectors to test, and some other small parts. It finally did it one day when I had the laptop hooked up, and I saw that it was connected to a huge MAP spike/dip. Replaced the MAP sensor, car has been golden since.

I was not involved with any of the previous dealings you and Chris had, so excuse me if I don't seem to correlate with him, I knew only that he got some injectors from you, since I told him to as a diagnostic tool. I used the opportunity of having an extra set here to have them tested.

YOU OWE ME!! a while back we traded dps and cash...u fuckin sent me a damn clogged one that almost blew up my fucking car, so stop with the trash talking...misinformed is different then lying asswipe....i tell u when i get info...I didnt know what was fully goin on until i found out that joe put he cleaned ones in there, and I was then not goign to drive down a fucking hr to have them put back in and the others out...I cna do them myself if I really wanted to also. But ur such a toolbag when you talkin shit, when we where still talking in PM's. You can say whatever you want. But at teh end of the day you still have perfectly running injectors so stop crying.

As long as the injectors I got are perfectly fine I'll be ok. I don't expect you to send mine back. I did expect you not to lie to me but I guess that I was asking too much.

I just want people to know who they are dealing when dealing with 04Redline0124.
