Is the TTR Rear Sway Bar too stiff

Ok i got my flame suite ready,

but does any one else feel like the bar is just too big. Dont get me wrong the car handles like a go cart now, but it just feels like i have soild rear axial back there now. Like coming in and out of step drive way at an angle feels like one of the tires wants to lift of the ground lol. Whats all you opinions.

Does any one get wierd moans and groans from the back going turning in and out of steap driveways

How do you guys feel it handles over uneaven surfaces do you get and "waddel" that is normal with stiff sway bars.

just wanna get other people feelings, i only had mine on for a day

i used to have a steep driveway like this and on the stock suspension on my mazdaspeed protege the right tire leaving the driveway would lift off the ground didn't bother me at all, but this excites me cause that sway bar is otw to my house WOO HOO HORAYY for stiff suspension ...

STIFF SUSPENSION FTW!!!

the rear is solid before the bar

like anything, there's going to be trade off's. you get a sway bar for the better handling. if you get an exhaust, your car gets loud. if you get lowering springs, bumps in the road feel harsher. if you get mounts, you get vibrations. that being said, it's up to you to decide if the pros are worth the cons. most people would say they are.

Yeah this is a very good point. just worried about the sway bar limiting the independent travel of the rear suspension thus transferring those forces else where and causing problems in the future. Where in North Jerz are ya from

its people like you this place is going down hill, you can not even compare you and extorted going back and forth like little school girls about when your bars come in, to the fact that i ask a poster where in jersey he is from cause im from jersey, as a side note after a validate on topic conversation.

ik what you're asking. But you're going to hear everybodys different opinions where as in the end, if you don't like it.. take it off. I don't believe the ridgidity of the bar is going to problematic to any components in the future as long as everything is as snug as a dick in a college girls ... uhh you've got the idea

lol.. are you kidding me right now? You're a complete jackass. I stoped when you asked and even gave my opinion but you still include me because i said something about my bar not being shipped, you're a jerk-off

point still remains the same if you want to push staying on topic then you yourself should stay on topic and pm the user about anything that is not on topic... im not arguing because you obviously have a warped sense of what is on topic or off topic. to keep your wish to stay on topic you can feel free to pm me to continue this conversation.

anyways back on topic...

with any new mod you notice things you never noticed before, example when you lower the car you will hear pops an creeks you never really noticed before anything you change about your car you going to be slightly paranoid that something could go wrong and hence you will notice things you didn't before, if you had someone else install it like a mechanic or something you will be less likely to be "sensitive" but not saying you need to go out and have a mechanic install your sway bar... just saying when you do things yourself you will be slightly more paranoid. so i think that is probably what your feeling with your sway bar, you know its there, so anything about that area of the car your going to notice more than before.

this could not be the case, if the bar is infect too stiff for daily driving and what not and doesnt not allow the suspension the proper travel for such act as steep inclines at an angle, the forces could be transfer to other parts of the Body and or suspension and cause problems possibly, i have no idear hence i started this thread

lol.. are you kidding me right now? You're a complete jackass. I stoped when you asked and even gave my opinion but you still include me because i said something about my bar not being shipped, you're a jerk-off
haha some buddy needs to take a chill pill, calling me names and what not. You and knox where having a convo back and forth please read below

U can not compare a simple question about a posters location, to you a conversation going back and forth about dates and being excited and what not, but whatever im done.

yeah this is very good point, and might be a huge factor, hence i said my OCD kicking in lmao...

I have the Progress which is a few mm's less thick and I think it feels perfect. Then again, my car already rides pretty rough thanks to the springs, 19"s and the vibes from the loud exhaust and torque damper.

well our roads here are pretty smooth for the most part and I drive fairly slow 80% of the time.

Yeah thats my thoughts, maybe the TTR bar is just too much, perhaps the Progress bar is more for a DD as the TTR is for Auto X

please remove your post above as it is off topic... feel free to pm me any response

ya ocd will do that, but its not just ocd, as i don't have ocd, but i do get slightly sensitive after installing new things... anyways. i don't see how the stiffness in a horizontal form would affect the travel of the suspension thus i don't see it causing a problem on those parts.
