Average cost (outright) for an SS with G85.
Price of used.
Insurance
Average cost of nice replacement 18's. (The ones you want price)

If you went the montly payment route through GM what is your monthly.

let me see what I can do

Mine cost 28,000 with employee Discount ..(after tax and financing 23,500ish before ) but no G85 so expect it to be around that (depened on the rate you get ..I got 2.8)

Price of used varies (obviously) some have gone up on this site for 18,000 to 21,000 (not all with G85 ...one with extensive mods (still for sale))

Insurance ..I pay 230 a month on my own policy (I am 21 and have a clean record)** its good to note that my insurance went down from my 92 TSI AWD

dont know an average for aftermarkt rim replacement though you can get as cray as you like

my montly payment with zero down is 530

 

brand new, with recaros and lsd, sun roof and side air bags i paid 29000 for an 06
used im not too sure, i pay 380 a month with the extended warrenty and a trade in on my old cavalier, im 25 years old, clean record...now and i pay 145 a month.

 

I could fill in the rims part since I have a Redline, which you should get over the SS
I got Katana Passions 18's chrome for $350. They weight somewhere around 23 lbs...bolt pattern is the same on the SS.
