How to really detail a car
This is worth the read. If you really want to know how to detail a car and get a professional finish, take notes, I know I learned a thing or two...or three haha:

If you did it, then where's your pictures for a review and follow-up?

I haven't done that. My detail is already posted where it was my first attempt at machine detail. I'm in no way as good as that, nor do I say to be. I just put it on here because I thought we could all learn and benefit from it.

The good part is that most of our Balts wouldn't need that much correction...but our cars could definitely look that good. And that's 16 year old paint keep in mind.

Thats about normal for me when detailing an older Vette at work. I can spend 6 - 8 days on a car without a problem. Thats me doing the entire top and bottom side of the car tho. But he has some very good tips in there.
